What we know after 4 years of hearing from visitors, talking with parents, and focus groups.
Parents care about safety, bullying, access to adult content when online (especially important for home-school parents), and privacy/data. What data, where is it stored, who owns their students' data, who can see it. And, how can they review it? These are the significant takeaways from speaking with parents for many years.
And a major topic - both parents and teachers raised concerns about technology having such a dominant role in the lives of their children, from toddler to teen.
"Technology has too much control over our kids."
